Information we collect

We collect information you provide to place and fulfill an order — such as name, organization, shipping and billing details, email, and phone number — along with order history and standard technical/usage data (e.g., device and analytics information) collected when you use the site.

How we use it

Information is used to process and ship orders, provide Certificate of Analysis and lot documentation, verify qualified-research-customer status, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and operate and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the business — payment processing, shipping/logistics, analytics, and advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel and Triple Whale, which use cookies to record pages viewed, items added to the cart, checkouts and purchases on this site) — and where required by law. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.

When you check out, your email address, phone number, name, and shipping city, state, ZIP code and country are shared with Meta, and your email address with Triple Whale, so they can tell us whether an ad led to your purchase. Meta receives these details hashed (encoded) in your browser before they are sent. Card details are never shared with either.

Data retention & security

We retain order and documentation records as needed for business and legal purposes and apply reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
