VNG stands behind the identity, purity, and documentation of every lot it ships.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is incorrect, contact us at info@vnglabs.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and, where applicable, photo documentation. Eligible orders will be replaced or refunded, and no restocking fee applies.

Returning unopened items

Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email info@vnglabs.com with your order number first and we will send you return instructions. Once the return arrives, we refund what you paid for the returned items, minus a 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Opened items

Because these are laboratory research materials, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned, for safety and integrity reasons.

Documentation

Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis. If you have a question about the documentation or specification of a material you received, contact support and we will provide the relevant lot records.
