Shipping policy
VNG, ships laboratory research materials in temperature-controlled, tracked, lot-documented packaging to qualified research customers.
Shipping rates
Orders of $149 or more ship free. Orders of $249 or more ship free with 2-day delivery. Below that, US orders ship UPS Ground from $7.41; the exact price for your address, and faster UPS options, are shown at checkout before you pay.
International orders ship USPS and are priced at checkout for your destination. Import duties and taxes are not included and are collected on delivery where your country charges them.
Processing & fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. A Certificate of Analysis matched to the shipped lot is included with each order. Orders are fulfilled to the address provided by the qualified research customer at checkout.
Packaging & handling
Materials ship in temperature-controlled, cold-pack packaging to maintain stability in transit. Each shipment is tracked and accompanied by lot documentation. Refrigerate materials upon receipt and store in a dark environment.
Carriers & tracking
Tracking information is provided for every order. Transit times vary by destination and carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the purchase, importation, and possession of research materials complies with all applicable local, state, and national regulations at the destination.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact info@vnglabs.com with your order number and photo documentation where applicable. See our Returns policy for handling of damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments.
